Joker Backgammon Return & Refund Policy

At Joker Backgammon, we are proud of the craftsmanship of our backgammon boards and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on products in new, unused condition within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in new and unused condition, free from signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all inserts and accessories.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: To start a return, please email our support team at returns@jokerbackgammon.com. Please include your full name and order number in the email.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Once your return is approved, you may package the item securely in its original box.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You have two options:

    • Ship it Yourself: You can arrange and pay for shipping with the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

    • Use Our Label (U.S. Only): For customers in the United States, we can provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. If you choose this option, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We handle requests for exchanges on a case-by-case basis and they are subject to our discretion. If you would like to inquire about an exchange, please note this in your return request email to returns@jokerbackgammon.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we will make it right.

Please contact us at returns@jokerbackgammon.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

We will work with you to arrange for a return and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
