Joker Backgammon Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Joker Backgammon. We are committed to delivering our high-quality backgammon boards safely and efficiently to players around the world.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
  • You will receive a notification via email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

We ship from our headquarters in Minnesota.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (2–3 business days).
  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the board and your delivery zip code.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship Joker Backgammon boards to most countries worldwide.

  • Carriers: We use reliable international carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your board arrives safely.
  • Estimated Delivery: International orders typically take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: > Please Note: Joker Backgammon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you refuse a package due to import fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. High-Value Delivery Security

Because our backgammon boards are premium items, we take extra precautions:

  • Signature Required: For your protection, orders over $500 may require an adult signature upon delivery.
  • Discreet Packaging: We use sturdy, plain outer boxes to ensure the contents of your package are not obvious during transit.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Joker Backgammon is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience.

  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Contact us at returns@jokerbackgammon.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you in the process of making it right as per our Return Policy.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for our larger backgammon sets due to carrier size restrictions.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Joker Backgammon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
